Bisley is a British comic book artist known for his highly detailed and dynamic artwork, particularly in the science fiction and fantasy genres. He first gained recognition for his work on the popular comic book series ABC Warriors and Sláine for 2000 AD, a British science fiction comic. He has worked with major publishers such as DC and Marvel, where he has worked on well-known characters such as Batman, Lobo, and Hellblazer.

Aside from comics, Bisley has also worked on album covers for several heavy metal bands, including Judas Priest and AC/DC. His artwork has been highly influential in the comic book industry and has inspired many artists who followed him.
